For this issue, you can use the following steps:

  1. Clear the Health service management pack cache on the Service Manager management server.
  2. After you have cleared the cache, remove the Service Manager Management Pack from Operations Manager, and then re-import it.
  3. Override the discovery time.

Also you can check Answer of Eric for same issue

ANd if it is not related to service manager integration, check the database access. the error code is an access denied code. It could be the management server action account does not have access to the backend databases for SCOM. If you need to check the rights you could for instance check for a technet article about moving the SCOM databases to another server. those articles have references to the rights set for service accounts to the databases.

Hi Shailendra,

Check logs on your SQLs, if it's any errors there.

Hi There,

Is this alert frequent or does it appear rarely ?

Issues can be of permissions or connectivity with the Ops DB.
